About the Role:

The Training Department in Savvital is responsible for the initial, work-specific, and ongoing training of associates. When an associate first joins the Savvital team, they report to the Training Team. It is the Training Team’s responsibility to supervise their progress, deliver training, ensure understanding, and evaluate their performance throughout the Training Program. The key aspects that the Training Program focuses on imparting are the core concepts and tasks of the industry they will be working in, the software they will utilize for their work, and any other client-specific requirements. They are then onboarded with a client and the Training Team is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and providing support in the initial period of the associate working with a client. Apart from this, associates working with clients also rely on the Training Team for problem-solving, inquiries, and general support requests. Additional training requests are also received from clients in which case the associate is re-onboarded with the Training Department and undergo a training plan created and executed by the Training Team. Alongside these core tasks, designing and drafting training content, updating, and maintaining databases, and coordinating with the other core departments alongside other misc. responsibilities all fall under the Training Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to multitask and track multiple trainees’ progress, all at different stages of the training program. Monitor and review the progress of all trainees.
  • Manage and execute the initial training phases.
  • Able to successfully conduct sessions and convey their understanding of the training content to new associates.
  • Experience working with databases and CRMs; effectively able to administer and keep up to date all relevant databases. Able to utilize their functions competently.
  • Ensure compliance with all training SOPs.
  • Research, filter out, refine, and present content on current and new industries for Training purposes.
  • Ensure that content, design, and context of all training material remains current for the relevant industry needs. Able to identify gaps in said content, through attention to detail and provide solutions proactively through research.
  • Take initiative and generate ideas to assist in developing the training program.
  • Identify and prioritize organizational training needs and programs in line with the company’s strategy and vision.
  • Able to identify problems and improve, change, and adapt existing methods and techniques.
  • Assist in collaborating with core functional teams to assess training and development processes and needs.

    Work Timings:

    This is a Full-time Onsite role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
