We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support Savvital’s growth and expansion initiatives. This role is critical to identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and driving revenue growth across target industries and geographies.
The Business Development Executive will work closely with Marketing, Consulting, and Leadership teams to execute sales strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. This is a client-facing, execution-focused role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across untapped industries and geographic markets
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new sectors and expand Savvital’s client base
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
Clearly communicate Savvital’s value proposition and service offerings
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address business challenges
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with prospective clients
Ensure smooth handoff to internal teams post-sale
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Provide insights and feedback to leadership to refine sales strategies
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Consulting teams to achieve revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or Sales Representative
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
Charismatic and confident personality with the ability to engage and influence clients
Strategic mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience selling services to US-based clients
Prior exposure to B2B sales environments
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
This is a full-time role supporting US-based clients.
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT during Daylight Savings
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT after Daylight Savings
Work hours may vary based on business needs.
