About the Role

Savvital is seeking a persuasive and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is motivated by performance and commission. The Sales Professional will be responsible for selling websites and online stores (Shopify), with the opportunity to transition into custom software and SaaS solution sales as the role evolves.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying leads through multiple outreach channels (calls, emails, SMS).

• Conducting cold outreach to U.S.-based SMBs and founders to generate new business.

• Booking qualified appointments and managing a structured sales pipeline.

• Closing short-cycle website and e-commerce deals (ranging from 15 minutes to 1 week).

• Passing larger software or SaaS opportunities to senior management or founders.

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and following disciplined outreach and follow-up processes.

• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling websites, digital marketing, or IT services to U.S. clients.

• Strong communication skills with clear, neutral English; ability to deliver consultative sales conversations.

• Persuasive, proactive, and resilient mindset — motivated by targets and commissions.

• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools; ability to manage leads effectively.

• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Preference for candidates based in Latin America or experienced in U.S. market sales.

Work Timings

This is a full-time onsite role aligned with U.S. business hours. Specific shift details will be determined based on business needs.
