At Savvital, we’re on the lookout for an innovative Junior Designer ready to jumpstart their career. This role is tailored for final-year design students or candidates with up to three years of professional experience. As part of our commitment to round-the-clock creative support, you must also be comfortable working night shifts at our Islamabad office.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Briefings & Strategy: Brief meetings with the senior design team to review ongoing projects, receive new assignments, and align on creative priorities.
  • Collaborative Design Sessions: Engage in brainstorming sessions with colleagues from design, marketing, and content teams to discuss ideas for upcoming campaigns or product launches.
  • Design Execution & Revisions: Work on a variety of tasks—from creating social media visuals to developing website banners and promotional materials. Expect iterative feedback and revisions to refine your work in real time.
  • Learning & Development: Allocate time for self-guided learning, whether through quick design tutorials or feedback sessions with senior team members, ensuring continuous growth in your skills and understanding of brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Design Execution:

  • Develop and produce creative visuals that span social media posts, website elements, email campaigns, digital ads, and print collateral.
  • Work hand-in-hand with senior designers to ensure your creations adhere to Savvital’s brand guidelines while injecting fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Develop strategies to attract marketing clients and explore opportunities to work directly with them as Savvital

Brand Stewardship & Innovation:

  • Maintain consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring designs align with our evolving brand identity.
  • Propose new design concepts, experiment with emerging trends, and actively contribute ideas that help set our visuals apart in a competitive market.

Project & Time Management:

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Use project management tools to track your progress and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Seek regular feedback and incorporate constructive critiques to refine your designs.
  • Participate in creative reviews and strategy meetings to contribute to the overall growth of the design department.

Job Expectations & Growth

  • Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly KPI’s: You’ll be expected to meet design targets, participate in brainstorming and review sessions, and contribute to projects that directly impact our marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year design student or up to three years of relevant professional experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative design projects is a must. An assessment submission will be mandatory before an interview.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment—while keeping a sense of humor intact.
  • Willingness and ability to work night shifts at our Islamabad office.
