Job Summary:

As the Dental VP at Savvital, you will be pivotal in enhancing patient care through effective communication and streamlined operations. You will manage patient interactions, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and providing essential information regarding services and insurance coverage. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR), handling billing and coding tasks, and processing insurance claims. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, you will coordinate comprehensive care and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction:

  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with patients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Provide patients with clear information on services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
  • Assist with telehealth consultations, making sure patients experience smooth virtual care.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update accurate patient records for client using electronic health records (EHR).
  • Handle medical billing and coding tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Process insurance claims and manage correspondence with insurance providers.

Data Management:

  • Compile and analyze patient data for effective reporting and decision-making.
  • Support patient outreach programs and follow-up care initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless communication of patient needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring healthcare services are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in BDS is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical office, telehealth, or virtual healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes.

Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
    • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
    • Knowledge of EMR systems such as Dentrix, Denticon, Eaglesoft and proficiency in managing patient data.

    Requirement:

    This is a full-time work from office job. The timings are from 6 PM - 3 AM.
